Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page as the public Data Deletion URL for platform reviews. It explains how people and businesses can revoke Meta or Google access and request deletion of data stored by Autrix AI.

1. Remove Autrix AI from your Meta account
If you connected Autrix AI to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Pages, or other Meta assets, you can revoke access from your Meta account settings.
Go to Facebook Settings and privacy, open Apps and Websites, find Autrix AI, and remove it. You can also use the direct settings link below while signed in to Facebook.
2. Remove Autrix AI from your Google account
If you connected Autrix AI to Google Workspace or Gmail, you can revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
You can also disconnect the Gmail mailbox inside Autrix AI. Disconnecting removes the local OAuth credentials used by Autrix AI to access the mailbox.
For Calendar, the organization owner can use Disconnect in Autrix Calendar to remove its stored credentials and stop synchronization. This preserves the existing Google calendar and CRM activities; include them in your deletion request if you also want stored Calendar data removed from Autrix.
3. Request deletion from Autrix AI
To request deletion of data stored by Autrix AI, email privacy@autrixagents.com from the email address associated with your Autrix AI account or your business account.
Include: your name, business or organization name, Autrix AI account email, connected Page/Instagram/WhatsApp business or Gmail account if known, and a short request such as: 'Please delete my Autrix AI account and connected integration data.'
4. Automated Meta callback
Autrix AI also supports Meta's automated Data Deletion Request Callback. In the Meta Developer Dashboard, configure the callback path /meta/delete-data on your public API domain.
When Meta sends a valid signed request, Autrix AI verifies it, removes matching encrypted access tokens, disconnects the related Meta channels, clears raw platform payloads for those channels where feasible, and returns a confirmation code with a status URL.
5. What we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize account data, CRM data, conversations, channel credentials, access tokens, webhook data, Meta identifiers, Google identifiers, Gmail message data synced into Autrix AI, templates, logs tied to the account where feasible, and other personal data associated with the request.
If you are an end customer of a business that uses Autrix AI, we may need to forward or coordinate the request with that business because the business controls its CRM and conversation data.
6. Timing and retention exceptions
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit, or compliance reasons.
Backup copies may persist for a limited period until backup rotation completes.
7. Confirmation
When deletion is complete, we will send confirmation to the requesting email address. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you.
